Prestik Automated I.G. Unit Assembly Line is specially designed to be used in producing Insulating Glass Units by two operators in short and simple steps. Its U-shape design minimizes the occupied space. It consists of a Vertical Stainless Steel 6 Brushes Glass Washing Machine with entry and exit conveyors, Spacer Application Station with pop up guides to apply the coated Spacer onto the glass surface in an easy and accurate way, Automatic IG Assembly Station with absolute positioning of the unit, where the unit is automatically assembled, Transfer Conveyors, E’VN Heat Press with five compression rolls and exit unloading Conveyors. The entire line is controlled by PLC and necessary messages are displayed on the Touch Screen. Operator Safety Protection is according to OSHA and NFPA standards.
